Return and Refund policy
We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and returns methods and procedures. This policy applies to the USA.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing info@lovesuppliesstore.com within 30 days of delivery. We If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of the damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no extra cost. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to a gift card for store credit. If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will receive store credit if it is approved.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA), if eligible.

The product must not be used. As soon as we have received the unused product, we will refund the order amount for store credit.
RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lovesuppliesstore.com or call 916-501-3880. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to go. Send the item to us. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the problem. To return your product, you must contact us by email.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, the wrong product, the wrong size or defective. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@lovesuppliesstore.com or call us at 916-501-3880.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
We do not charge restocking costs for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to store credit in a form of a gift card.
💸 Refund period
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
